Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any used or opened products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [patrie.co@outlook.com] with your order number and clear photos of the item(s) and packaging.

We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit for eligible claims.

Order Issues

Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. Patrié is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

Processing & Shipping

All orders are processed within [1-2 for on hand & pre-orders are 5-10 days ]. Once shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control.
